Products must be unused, unworn, and include original tags.

Non-Refundable Shipping Charges: Shipping fees are not refundable.

Refund Process: Once the product is picked up, refunds will be processed within 3 working days to the original payment method for prepaid orders.

Do not hand over the product without a pickup slip or SMS confirmation.

Items purchased during sales are non-returnable.

Post-wash issues will only be addressed within one month from the delivery date.
